Procrastination Cure Stop Finding Excuses and Get What You Want in Life eBook Matt Harris Reviews
I found it helpful and interesting. It helped me have a better understanding of procrastination and many techniques that can be used to overcome procrastination.
I'm guilty of procrastinating and this weekend read affirms that I am one, albeit an average one, according to the results of the short test in the book. I like it that it properly covers the what, why and how to overcome the insidious habit. Glad , too, I picked this up. Now it's time to put the tips into practice!!
As a procrastinator of note, I dove straight into it this book looking for a cure. The tone of the book was encouraging not judgmental and the quiz helped me analyze some of the reasons behind my procrastination; and importantly gives you guidelines of to overcome it. I enjoyed this guide as it was quick to go through and easy to implement.
As someone who works from home I found this really useful
Getting distracted and losing focus is part of the daily struggle so finding something that gives you a reference framework for how to get back on the right path has been really useful
It's concise and relatively short which means you can re-read it whenever you feel bad habits setting in, as I intend to do
Everybody procrastinates. I saw this book as an opportunity to not necessarily stop, but maybe lessen the amount of procrastination that I did on a daily basis; have to start somewhere and all that. I liked how to book described everything, even though the majority of people know what procrastination is--it was refreshing to get a sort of outside take on it. This book is just jam-packed with really useful information!
